Regular maintenance ensures that your site always runs smoothly. Allwest Electrical can tailor a scheduled maintenance program that keeps your downtime to a minimum, saving you both time and money.

Emergency Lighting

Will your emergency lights work when you need them?
Regular maintenance of the exit and emergency lighting is required to attain a Building Warrant of Fitness. Allwest Electrical can offer a regular scheduled maintenance check of all your emergency lighting systems. We will report our findings, carry out any repairs and provide a Certificate of Compliance (12A) for your Building Warrant of Fitness.

Test & Tagging

What needs to be tested?
All electrical equipment connected to the electrical supply by a flexible cord and/or connecting device. The interval between testing is dependant on the environment the equipment is to be used in. Allwest Electrical has a dedicated Test and Tag technician who can work around your production schedule. We will provide you with a complete register of your electrical equipment and a record of inspections and tests.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging uses a specialised camera coupled with real time computer analysis to capture snapshots of any physical entity under any conditions. A colour enhanced image is produced which has a full temperature scale. This image shows any hot spots in the area.

Thermal imaging is fast becoming a standard insurance requirement, Allwest Electrical can provide a thermal imaging report that aligns the thermal image with a digital photograph of the area, any issues will be identified along with suitable solutions.
